James Johnson, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer
Jim has been active
in management and operations since we began franchising in early 2005.
Jim, a licensed psychologist in CA, VA and HI, is the author of seven books
and more than 100 scientific papers. He has served as department chair
at several universities, and has been profiled in major periodicals including
Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
Lily Sarafan, Chief Operating Officer
Lily has been active in management and operations since we began franchising
in early 2005. She manages day to day operations for Home Care Assistance®
with a focus on business development, franchise recruitment, corporate
expansion and marketing. She received both her Masters and Bachelors degrees
from Stanford University.
Dan Biewener, Vice President of Marketing
Dan joined Home Care Assistance® with over 20 years of experience in marketing
and communications. His work has garnered him numerous accolades, including
ADDY, Summit and Maxi awards. Dan oversees our consumer advertising campaigns
as well as design and production of all promotional and marketing materials.
Dan received his Masters and Bachelors degrees from the University of Nevada,
Reno.
Russell Gesher, Director of Franchise Development
Having joined us with over 15 years of experience in operations management,
Russell is responsible for overseeing franchise support, operations training
and software development. Russell had previously served as Vice President
of Operations for a retail printer cartridge franchise. Russell received
his Bachelors degree from San Diego State University.
